Title: Preventing Child Neglect in High Risk Mothers

• Abstract: This 4-site, five-year randomized controlled trial of a multi-pronged intervention (referred to as the "My Baby and Me Program") is designed to reduce the incidence of child maltreatment, in terms of neglect and abuse, in high-risk mothers by helping them to improve decision-making, health and safety practices, and parenting practices. Research sites include University of Notre Dame, Georgetown University, University of Kansas, and University of Texas-Houston.
